how to measure your dog

TitanGrip Collar

To measure your dog for the TitanGrip collar, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the thickest part of your dog’s neck—usually right at the base where the collar would naturally sit. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the tape and your dog’s neck. This ensures the collar will be secure but still comfortable. Once you have the measurement, refer to our sizing chart to find the best fit for your dog

TitanGrip Harness

To get the right fit for the TitanGrip harness, you’ll need a flexible measuring tape and a few quick measurements:1. Chest Diameter - This is the most important measurement. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight—you should be able to fit two fingers between the tape and your dog.2. Neck Diameter – Measure around the base of your dog’s neck, where the harness will sit (a bit lower than where a collar rests). Again, use the two-finger rule for comfort.Once you have these measurements, compare them to our sizing chart to choose the best size. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and adjustability.A properly fitted harness should be snug but allow free movement without chafing or slipping.
