We hope you and your pup love everything you order from Wildwuff LTD. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered with our 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns.

🔁 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange — no questions asked.

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Be in resellable condition

Exceptions: If your item is faulty or incorrect, the above conditions do not apply. We’ll gladly accept the return and cover any shipping costs involved.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply:

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Let us know when you initiate your return — we’re happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wildwuff LTD is not liable for returns lost in transit.
